tak perlu kaya, yang penting punya makna

perenungan yang terus berlarut. dari waktu ke waktu. aku terus berpikir. apa yang kucari sekarang ini ? hari-hari berkumpul minggu, minggu-minggu  menyatu bulan, dan belasan bulan pun berkumpul dalam tahun terus terpikir olehku. benarkah langkahku selama ini ?

21 tahun. memang kurasa belum cukup untuk segalanya. terlalu jauh untuk dari kata matang. terlalu dini untuk dicap dewasa. tapi inilah titik awal dari segalanya.biarkan aku mencoba…

era kebijaksanaan telah lahir. nurani manusia di dunia semakin kilat terasah. disebagian belahan, tampak kemiskinan berkurang ditangan segelintir pahlawan tak dikenal. disatu sisi lain, sekolah-sekolah anak jalanan didirikan oleh perempuan-perempuan yang dikatakan lemah. disatu tempat lagi cuma sebatas seremoni oleh seorang yang bisa dikatakan “tidak menjual”, namun mampu menggugah orang banyak disebuah negeri.

aku berpikir. ya, mereka sudah mulai. tak ada harta, mereka memberi dengan tenaga. yang tak punya tenaga, mereka berharap dengan asa.

anak-anak itu butuh sekolah untuk merubah kehidupan mereka kelak. si sakit papa itu perlu obat yang tak mampu ia beli. si tua renta itu perlu tongkat untuk menahan tulangnya yang lunglai.

tuhan pun seperti berbisik padaku. “lihatlah langit hambaku…! seluruh dunia Ku payungi dengannya. Ku cukupkan sinar untuk bertumbuh. ku turunkan air agar semua bisa berbenih. inilah maha kebijaksanaanKu. lantas, dimana sedikit kebijaksanaan yang Kuberikan padamu?”

teringat mimpiku ingin memberi sedikit arti bagi orang lain. jiwaku kembali menggelora untuk kembali kesana. ya, aku harus kembali. kembali untuk impianku. seperti mereka yang telah lebih dulu memulai untuk dunia.

dunia membutuhkanku.

dunia menantiku untuk berbuat, apa lagi yang ku tunggu..?!

2 amoy in my life : Ummi Kaltsum and Nazwa

few decades ago, she was young. with her oriental face. people named her as “amoy”. the beautiful meaning in chinese name.  she live with her parent in center of city on that day. her father was a businessman.

while in one day, everything has changed.

amoy become a muslimah. not only her. her family also. and they decide to leave the city and go to Lokop (a state of East of Aceh). amoy change her name become “Ummi Kaltsum”.  they learn more about islam there. they learn to reading Quran. amoy has beautiful sound to read the Quran. people call her as Qariah. the person who can read Quran clearly.

in her teen. Ali Basya (the warrior in Prang Sabii in Gayo land) married her. beside the warrior, Ali Basya is a businessman also. Ali ask ummi kaltsum to live in Blangkejeren. the state which i am living there.

in that valley. they run the restaurant. and get the good respond from the people there. amoy has shy behavior. that my grandmother said. my grandmother is her daughter. that’s why she known about the Amoy story.

now. I have different Amoy. nice face with cute eye. she is 3 years old. first. my grandma said that nazwa and ummi kaltsum is seemed. so, nazwa named as amoy also. untill now, all of us call her amoy.

when i come. she always hide. she scared of me. i do not why. but her scare treat made me love her more and more..

i am very happy, i am glad. i have two amoy in my life. thanks God

Here is story about Customer Relationship Management and Technology relationship. First, let make simple definition about technology meaning. Some people think that technology is an integrated machine which can make your job become easy. It is right, but not absolutely rigth. Machine is a part of technology (technology producy). Simple meaning of technology is tools which can help you to finish your job fastly, and simply.

Telkomsel as one of provide in Indonesia. The largest service of mobile telecommunication. Has known  and performed about CRM. I am one of member for its SIM Card. I used simpati card and Kartu AS. Certainly, I have reason why I choose both.

Altough many provider show the tv commerce with their offer for low cost till costless for calling and other services. I never change my choice. I keep loyal with telkomsel. Why ? (here is the CRM and technology relationship point)

1.       With Honestly telkomsel show the real cost and credit. No lie, no gymnic marketing there.

2.       With periodic time, with different technology maybe, Many service which made me satisfied for that. From Simpati Zone until Gen Asyik are available.

3.       Never made its customers confused for their promotion and others.

4.       And the latest service, telkomsel launched “t-cash”. You can pay anything when you are in shooping center by your mobile phone.(the latest technology adopted)

Then, one of my experience in telkomsel center in medan. First time when I came there. I stay at the door. They open the door and never forget to say “selamat pagi..” with simetric smile also. Cute customer service women show her regard to me. Nice experience

After registered and finish all. I think it spent a lot of my share wallet. But it out of my expectation. “surely sir, it is free. It is our service for our honourable customers..” oh, have you had some experience like me there? Or in other provider call center ? I think “NO”.

Near from mobile phone story. Plaza millenium in medan, north sumatera. A month ago, I bougth one NOKIA. Like usual. I paid for it with regular or common price. They check the condition of cell phone.  But, there is something different before I paid for it.

My friend tell them that we were looking for the NOKIA 3110c series. In fourth floor, too exhausted when you use escalator from first to upstair. “OK, wait a moment…” the keep shopper type in his computer. I do not know what she does. In 15 second she tell us “stock ada pak..”

Oow, the shop in plaza use SCM concept (Supply Chain Management).  The building have integrated in one system. From one shop to other shop. They know how many stock avalaible, they know where they can get the order. “mohon tunggu sebentar pak..” symetric smile presented to us again.

The other shop keeper give us some cool drink. “dari mana pak…” she shows her friendly. “kami dari aceh,…”.”wah, kabarnya di aceh sekarang orang kaya kaya ya pak..?” we laugh as our response. In two minutes the one shop keeper has brought what I need.

In friendly smile. In short discuss. I tell to you that is the SCM and technology relationship. Integrated in system. To know the information stock. What the goal ? the one goal is to make me satisfy with the service. that why I become the refferal customer. Tell to you about telkomsel, tell to you about the millenium plaza. It is my experience.
